春节来了,我们非常高兴,家家户户都贴上了对联,还有“福”字,“倒福”是“福到了”的意思。关于“春节”的起源,有一种传说是:中国古时候有一种叫“年”的兽。“年”,头长触角,凶猛异常。“年”长年深居海底,每到特定的一天(就是现在的除夕)才爬上岸,吞食牲畜伤害人命。
因此,每到除夕这天,村村寨寨的人们扶老携幼逃往深山,以躲避“年”的伤害。有一年除夕,从村外来了个乞讨的老人。乡亲们一片匆忙恐慌景象,没有人理会他,只有村东头一位老婆婆给了老人些食物,并劝他快上山躲避“年”,那老人把胡子撩起来笑道:“婆婆若让我在家呆一夜,我一定把‘年’赶走。”老婆婆继续劝说,乞讨老人笑而不语。

我家的年夜饭分工合作,各司其责。奶奶年纪最大,当然是是总指挥咯,奶奶负责分配工作和做菜,爷爷负责帮奶奶打小工,负责买一些菜或作料,还有一些厨具等等。我和妹妹嘛,嘻嘻,只负责“偷吃”,菜做好后,我们总以尝尝菜的咸淡为借口,来偷吃做好的美味的菜!
在奶奶的指挥和操持下,晚上6点整,我们的年夜饭大餐正式开始。一盘盘色、香、味儿俱全、香喷喷的饭菜端上桌来,看到这些可口得饭菜,我不禁眼花缭乱。其中,红烧肉、炸带鱼、辣子鸡、是我们这年夜饭里必不可少的饭菜,当然,肯定也少不了喷香喷香的饺子!
