在我们身边，还时时有不守规范、不讲文明的现象出现。例如：践踏草坪、乱扔垃圾；讲脏话等。联合国教科文组织最近提出，学校教育的任务之一是培养负责任的公民，而缺乏责任感也正是我们对新一代人素质的担心。这种责任感，决不是单靠说教形成，必须从一点一滴的行为习惯的养成做起。

同学们，学会求知，学会做人，养成良好的行为习惯，要求我们从现在做起，从小事做起。让我们变被动为主动，严于律已，自觉遵守各项行为规范吧!把规范放在心中，把规范落实在行动，让我们的校园更加和谐美好，让我们都成为现代文明人。
