我演讲的题目是《诚信是一种责任》。

诚信是什么？

诚信就是诚实，信用。始终用善感的心灵去认真对待生命中的每一个细节！

我们需要诚信，我们呼唤诚信，诚信是美丽的，因为它给世界带来了温暖的阳光;诚信是微小的，它只需要占据心灵中一个很小的角落，就温暖了人们整个人生;诚信是脆弱的，只要一场暴雨，就足可使它香消玉殒。

然而，在我们的生活中有许多让我们为之担忧的事情，因为他们失去了诚信，甚至为我们人类带来灾难。纳米技术，克隆基因，导弹防御……这些人类引以为豪的高科技结晶，为我们带来福祉的同时，又危害着我们人类，因为某些人心中的信念变了质，变造福于人类于狭义的民族甚至个人。

每个人都会面对利益的诱惑，在这个时候，有些人迫不及待地牟取蝇头小利，而有些人却把眼光放得非常长远，追求未来更大的发展。名人掌上电脑等近10个品牌在重庆的总代理刘惠民在北京一家公司就职，踏实勤奋的他深受公司董事长的信任，年纪轻轻就被委以副总的重任，手上掌管着几千万元的资金和上千万元的货物。当时，公司刚成立不久，规模不大，管理上漏洞很多，只要稍微动动手脚，几百万就有了。就是在这样的背景下，刘惠民兢兢业业地工作，除了期望自己的工资和奖金会更高之外，根本没有别的杂念，把公司上上下下管理得毫无纰漏。如今的刘惠民已经是这个市场的大赢家。今天，我国的市场经济已经发展到了一个讲规则的时代，诚信无疑是这个社会游戏的基本规则。新的商场流行一句话：信用破产，你就什么都破产了。

古人云：诚信于君为忠，诚信于父为孝，诚信于友为义，诚信于民为仁，诚信于交为智。诚信渗透到各个方面，面对历史和社会，人们对诚信的选择有多大的保留啊。道德教育远离历史社会，让人们的选择是多么苍白无力啊。

对于诚信，社会上有太多的争议，我认为不是不要诚信，而且诚信是中国社会的稀缺资源，犹如万古沙漠，早该绿化了。问题是在一个有着几千年下信上不信，卑信尊不信，贱信贵不信历史传统的社会里，道学家式的空洞的.诚信说教即使是没有愚民之嫌，也必然流于形式。真诚的诚信教育，就不应该把起点放在要不要诚信，而应该放在怎样建立诚信，使社会多点诚信。因此对于诚信的建立不仅是每一个家庭，学校的责任，更是全社会全人类的责任。

诚信是最宝贵的美德，是我们取信于人的根本，没有比信任危机更可怕的了。信任危机是社会的毒素，是我们蔑视诚信所付出的代价，它无声无息却充满负面的能量，足以销蚀人的勇气和良善，更会使一个国家，民族丧失最后的团结精神。

不知不觉中我已来到##工作了四年，回味这四年来的工作，在见证了##近几年来日新月异的发展的同时，也让我深刻体会到作为一个基层建设者的责任重担，这份责任一直激励着我在今后的工作中要勤勤恳恳、努力拼搏、任重道远。

古人云：“言必行，行必果”，其实这是衡量我们每个人工作态度的一个必要标尺，但要真正做到“言必行，行必果”，必须要一诺千金、敢说敢做、艰苦奋斗、无私奉献，这些要求并不是高不可攀的理想信念，在我们的日常工作中可以积累体会。

今年8月7日，台风“海葵”影响上海，防汛防台形式严峻，上级也明确布置了工作任务，我立即将街道的工作要求传达到了##各建设工地，明确责任人并做好相关防汛防台措施。尤其是在建工地将近20xx多名施工人员需要紧急撤离，任务艰巨。在##与##的共同努力下落实好临时安置点后，我又紧急联系施工单位要求按时间、分批次、有秩序的迁入临时安置点，终于在7日晚8点前顺利完成任务。此外，xx区域内有一处老年人安置基地，房屋比较简陋，面对此次的强台风来袭，存在相当大的安全隐患，我多次前往安置基地，在多次劝说下，两幢房屋最简陋的居住老人终于搬出房屋，确保了人身和财产的安全。

作为工程部的一员，责任意识就是安全意识。从小事做起，从身边事做起，时时刻刻将工程项目的质量与安全放在心中，播种习惯，收获性格，播种性格，收获命运。事不论大小，关键是要把这些事与自己的责任意识联系在一起，思索这些事怎样做才是符合责任要求的，要培养自己的主人翁负责精神，对小事负责，就是对大事负责，更是对##的建设发展负责。

如果说责任是基础的话，那么诚信就是标准。诚信意味着说实话、做实事，凡事实事求是，而不是夸大其词、纸上谈兵，更不是指鹿为马、弄虚作假。目前，##内的在建工地很多，不仅有自身的基础设施建设，也有投资在##企业的建设工程项目，在抓紧工期的同时把好质量与安全两关，对管理压力与难度的要求就明显很高，这就明确要求我们做每件事情都要考虑周到和严谨，要用“诚信”的标准来检验“责任”的真心。

举个简单的例子，作为工程项目来说，项目设计变更、业务联系单、工程签证单不可避免，这就要求我实事求是地审核每张单子的内容，是否有重叠、工作量是否准确等等。这些看来很简单，做起来却很繁琐，但为了保证建设单位与施工单位的共同利益，我一定要抱着“诚信”的态度去做好每一件事情。虽然“人无完人”，但我相信，只要有这样的决心，自己就会觉得问心无愧。

所以说，责任意识就是尽职尽责、尽心尽力、真抓实干的工作方法。责任意识就是爱岗敬业，扎实工作的认真态度。责任意识就是对工作高度的负责任，努力将工作落到实处的进取精神。“如何做好份内应做的事，怎样做才算尽到“责任”，我个人认为：确保工作质量及效果靠的是责任意识，责任意识体现在关键时刻，责任意识体现在平时工作，责任意识体现在细微之处，责任意识体现在工作内外。一个人没有责任感，并不仅仅体现在大是大非面前，而大多是体现在关键时刻、平时工作、细微之处。而有了责任意识后，又要以“诚信”的态度去处理每一件事情，这样，责任意识才会得到升华。

“路漫漫，其修远兮，吾将上下而求索！”如果我们每个人都能以高度的责任心作为立人之本，以强烈的诚信感去做好我们的工作，知荣明耻，分清是非，就能够自觉规范自身的行为，做当荣之事，拒为辱之行，那么，一股股清风正气就会充盈于天地之间，我们的社会将变得更加健康与和谐，更加灿烂辉煌！
